Photo shop or ? help needed.

[PARADOX]

Not a computer wiz here, but I need to make a picture, and print it out.
Like a presentation or an award of a sort. 11' x 17' or so. landscape.
I have 3 pictures needed to be in it. 1 wide on the top and 2 on the bottem (boats) facing each other.
Some one can guide me through it or I can send the pics and have some one save it in a "printable" fomat.
