    Folks, check this out!

This is a 55" "Shockwave" R/C Boat made by Proboat that I ordered through Wayne's Hobby Shop (he is ScarabKV on the forum) and then we sent it over to Jim Launder who is also on the forum and owns the Miami Vice Camera Boat that is the STANDARD of 38KV Miami Vice boats--anyhow Jim had one of his painters Ryan Rosenberg pain my model an EXACT MATCH of my 38KV boat--IT TURNED OUT AWESOME! The paint is an exact match and I am really happy with my Birthday Present.

I can't wait to run her around the lake...I have seen some YOUTUBE Videos of the boat and it looks like fun...anyway here is what I found once I got her out of the box!

    THANKS AGAIN.......WAYNE, JIM, and RYAN!

    Ha! HA!

She takes up a lot of room in the pool! Should finish her up tomorrow and then on to "sea trial"

I can't get over how close the paint match is.....!

Randy- that's uber cool! I'll try to do the Dumas up right! I think I like your white hull on top better than the teal, actually. I am going to make the hatches functional, with struts and everything...

Will do- here's a picture of my Scarab 60, Type "S"- she's running a modded Homelite- runs about 40 mph which stays right with my real Stingray. Enjoy!

Randy- I started a build thread over on RCUniverse, if you want to check it out- its under the speed/gas boats section in the boat forums. I hope you don't mind, but I used a picture of your boat for comparison. Thanks!
