It's a modified old, pull start, 50. Runs in the high 50's/low60's depending on prop and water conditions. Can be stuffed in 1 to 2's.

I believe they were a modified 150 to start with. Hope Brownie or T2x gets on here. Only 4 more days on the auction.

First of all its a T2...not a T2x...... It is a great buy at the current bid, but I doubt that the owner will let it go for that...$610.

The HP on a true T2 was between 165-175...depending on build date and such. The best T2x's got up to about 200 hp....not bad for 99 cu.in.

So it's a T2 with a T2X cowling? Do you know the dimensions or where I can find them? And are the parts it needs available?

Yeah I'm watching too. Wish I knew the weight and specs etc. Probably be a certain death on the 10' though.

Parts are the problem.....you can't find even timing belts.... I suggest that this motor is a display engine and I would not run it..... These things need rings at between 1 and 6 hour intervals...depending on RPM range.

    It's a standard length SSM......15"

The T2x motors were shorter and had a 12" SSM...( actually more like 11").

The T2x also had adjustable engine height which required manual power from a speed wrench at the top of the center section. Adjustment range was about 1.5" and took seconds to change. The T2 had a standard outboard bracket and swivel with external trim. The T2x had through transom trim built in.
