I didn't have time to read this whole thread, but does anyone go the SCENE boat party? Is it worth the trip and so on? I am thinking about heading there..

What our illustrious friend BZ is try to say is...YES. Last year we went down with 6 or 7 boats in 7-foot waves...it was ridiculous...but we made it. We did a spectacular job of manuvering into position behind the big party cruisers, got all of our boats rafted off together perfectly...then proceeded to drift into the outer rings of the party cuz nobody threw an anchor! It's an awesome day...bring LOTS of fenders...and prepare to get there early, it gets quite crowded.

Thanks bro..thats what I was looking for. Sorry for never really hearing of it before?? I live in Ohio and I use to live at Lake of the Ozarks. I also party at Harmon Creek at Lake Cumberland so it looks pretty normal with all those cruisers abd people. I think we will definatly come up for it and see what it is all about. When the time gets closer I will look for a thread on it and see where the best place is to put in and maybe follow a group if they are going. Thanks again!

THAT BAD I'm pulling it out and i'll drop in at Worth and come threw the Chicago locks and get there!
