Our order went out in either December or January. Production is set to start March 16th. A good website is www.5thgen.org

    I love this thing
It is a sweet car. My first car was a '69 Firebird in '79. Too bad Pontiac is getting the axe. I would love to see a retro 'bird based on the '69 T/A.

I would definately own another camaro. And, if the girl was right again, she said that the ss would be about 30k??ish. I just hope its true
I think 30ish is correct, hell of a deal.

I'm not positive on the official start of regular production, but it is soon.

I know I see a bunch of them driving around where I work now, doesn't everyone?

Call Crossroads Chevrolet in Joplin,MO and ask for Bob Hart. He can answer any questions. He is the EDOCK connection for Caddys and Chevrolets.

saw one the other day up in St Clair. Gotta be honest all the pics and concept stuff looked way cooler. I wasnt able to get to close but went by it several times, it was parked at a house about a block from where i was staying. Whipped off a couple cell phone pics as i was going by one of the times, I'm guess a GM excec's house

Dont get me wrong it was good lookin but it just kinda fell flat for me, didnt care for the front bumper/nose at all. Hope they bling it up a bit for the SS version. maybe if i get closer I will change my mind. I really do like the "retro" look the big three are shooting for

I really don't think they were trying to copy the 67-8 or 9, but give it that flavor sorta. I like it, its kinda there in style and I am a GM guy so thats what I have to go for, Besides I have owend 23 or so 67-71's and I know that this will be a way better car than any of the old ones ( I am sure to get flamed for that) but as a daily driver I am sure it will be better. Besides what else is there in a coupe these days?

    Camaro vs Mustang vs Challenger

The independent rear end sells it for me, my 01 z28 was quick until you hit a ripple in a fast corner then watch out.

I really like the looks of all three, the new Mustang front end is good but the rear leaves me cold.

The Camaro looks like a home run to me
