Randy I have two M-2 Freightlliners converted by the company that did my truck for sale. They are new 2008 but the big difference is that they are 112 chassis, meaning they have the big engine and trans. MB engine of I think 410 or 430 hp. and 1550 lbs torque. they are a liner motors so when it is time to rebuild you just inframe it. There is one in viper red and one in silver. These trucks are the same price as your sportchassis but have a 40,000 dollar upgrade due to the drivetrain. call me 909-816-1101 and I will point you to the owner of the company.

I can't say how well it towed, but I expect it did it well.

Just a heads up, there is a company called SportTruck out west that builds a line similar to Sportchassis. Do not confuse the two the Sporttrucks are crap. We had five of them out in Havasu to tow the race boats while we were out there and every one of them had significant issues. Anything from air not working to windows stuck down, stereos not working and general fit and finish being very poor. Just an FYI, I'd hate to see someone buy one of these expecting Sportchassis quality.

The company that I promote gives a 3 year warranty on their work and also puts a rear a/c unit in as standard equiptment. sportchassis does not offer rear A/C even as an option
