There are people out there that make killings on these silly trends. There's a local guy that does alot of those TV infomercial promotions- alot of diet stuff and silly fad things like this. The guy is fabulously wealthy from it. And he's constantly getting sued for infringingment. When the movie Titanic came out, he was hawking replicas of the necklace they used in the movie- he sold truckloads of $3 necklaces for $40 a crack to chunky housewives that fell for that sappy crap.
