Put 14 huors on this engine in my Magnum originally. Pulled it when I upgraded. Put on square port heads, fresh valve job and new springs. Inconnel exhaust, Polished intake. Gold rockers. Won't work with stock eshaust, but will work with GIL or better. I used a CMI.
Pics soon. Complete from arrestor to pan. balancer to ignition.
Brand new 950 carb. Engine should make 500+ should pull through 5500 rpms+
Gets on plane nicely. Pushed My Magnum to 72-73 before the head, intake, carb upgrade.
Nice enigne. Started and ran every time.
5K plus freight. Pics to follow soon.
Interesting trades also considered.

01-10-2009 11:09 AMThanks for the plug.
I am planning on finishing it this weekend. I am either going to put it back into the Mag, or if someone steps up, then I will have the cash to finish the bigger engine for that boat.
It is a cocky sounding engine. Rough idle, but it will dock OK if you pay attention to it.
Runs on 93 only.

Sounded interesting except for the "runs on 93 only" part.
What is the CID and compression ratio?

01-12-2009 02:04 AMOK. Make it 4500, plus the freight. I'll leave the cooler, oil remote and filter adapter attached.
I am going to put it on ebay, but on ebay, it won't have the carb, or the arrestor.
