Speaking of Cool Whip, who likes Cool Whip I have to confess I am on a Cool Whip detox right now. Over the last several years I have gotten in the habit of having it in my coffee. And since I drink about 3 or 4 cups each morning that is a lot of cool whip each week, A bunch of my girlfriends are really into organic foods and they have been on my case about the cool whip for several years, so just this Monday I decided to forgo the cool whip and have switched to green tea with a sweetener.

Chris is right there is nothing to the fat free coolwhip, I go for the extra creamy myself
