An awesome boat. Too bad no seat time at all before qualifying yesterday. But, they did well for a brand new boat that they had never been in....

They were doing really well for a bost with no seat time in it when the hose end failed.

The exact same hose failed in all three Mercury 1100 Class 1 boats, the exact same hose!!!!!

The question would be. Are the hoses made in house at Mercury or an outside vendor like we would use in the power plant business?

Mercury sent a new hose, supposedly an upgrade, they replaced it, ran two laps at LOTO and the very next hose, behind the one they replaced, puked.

    Not good....
