    I sure hope they run decent distance raced all three days instead of the really short races that seemed to dominate at the end of the SBI oversight on Wednesday's and Friday's.

    I used to complain all the time about wed and friday.
    john said the high dollar racers wanted it that way .

    not enough time or parts to replace if full miles were implemented

    In the old days, when I was just a young lad, they actually raced knowing that they had to finish three days of racing and took it reasonably conservative the first couple days, let the others break. I believe the first lap on Wednesday in the 1980's was longer than all three days of racing now. I'm hoping that Larry corrects that issue.

    These 3 or 4 laps of less than 4 miles is a bit more like an APBA J outboard race than an offshore race.

    i agree .not worth the trouble to run 4 miles lol.

    of course now the coast gaurd permits would need major revision.
    and ritchie the turtle man will throw a fit.
