Following a number of emails and calls from race teams we have added a race and we have also taken account of submissions from teams who are attending the 10th Anniversary of Round Britain.

To make sure that we give everyone the best chance of attending we have made the decision to make a once and for all change of date.

The date has been changed to June 16th and 17th.
( These dates cannot be changed again. Please don't ask. )

Full details are to be posted at this link. Updates will be notified

    MARATHON
The Marathon course will run on Saturday over a 75 mile course around Eddystone lighthouse passing close to Plymouth, Udder Rock and the coast of Cornwall. The race is over two laps.

    HALF MARATHON
Half Marathon - Class 3 and other classes capable of offshore passage.
Falmouth - Fowey - Falmouth 43 miles total.

In addition we hope to host Offshore Circuit Racing with our friends from OCRDA and we invite all other clubs and classes to get in touch with us to join the party.
If time and weather permit we also hope to hold a short circuit race for Marathon boats (5 x 6 mile course) on Sunday.

There is also the opportunity for everyone with boat access to join us on Sunday on a fun run from Falmouth to Fowey.

Entry fees for Marathon are set at early entry of £800 payable in two installments. This expires in March 2018 after which time we have to charge a realistic fee of £1200 for Marathon class entries that covers the enormous expense of putting on the event for you.

The Half Marathon fees is £125 before March and £250 per boat after then.

The Fun Run is £40 per boat.

All fees paid are fully refundable in the event of cancellation before March 30th.

We would like to thank everyone who is making offshore powerboat racing a living and growing sport again.

In particular our friends at BPRC, Iconic World Powerboat Race, UKOPBA, Guernsey Powerboat Association, Drew and Miles, Nick Wilkinson, Halcyon Connect, Biretta Due, Vector Racing, Raceboat International, Powerboat Racing World, Powerboat and Rib, Pete and Cougar and everyone else who has supported us in our first season.

It was a struggle at first but with your help we can create something wonderful for everyone.

Huge respect is also due to the mighty men and women who backed us right from the start. We will never be able to say thank you enough.

To those those of you who doubted we could do it. Please wipe the egg off your face and come and join us. You are and will always be welcome. We would like to make special mention of the unwaivering support of Falmouth Harbour Commissioners, Falmouth Town Council and Visit Cornwall and our sponsors at the Greenbank Hotel, Cobra Electronics, Powertech Marine.
