Hopefully they are wrong and there is no way they can afford to throw away millions of dollars in boating revenue to make more room for homeless people.......Getting bad advice is unfortunate, taking bad advice is a Serious matter!!

Remember, the southernmost property, and the piers, in Ft Zachary Taylor Park are owned and maintained by the Navy.
The Keys Overnight Temporary Shelter (KOTS) looks like its about to be relocated to Stock Island.

Free housing in Ft Taylor? I suspect that would invite more to the area. Big homeless crowd in Austin. I'm sure they would be more comfortable with cool ocean breeze on the waterfront.
