It was a good time, looking forward to next year's event (hopefully with better weather)

The lake/river has a small lake Cumberland feel and look. Lots of room to play but watch out for the occasional dumb ass in a black kayak in the middle of the lake.

Big mixture of boats. From 40ft offshore racers to 18 ft twin 280 pickle fork boats. I was really shocked by some of the hardware.

I was glad to see you guys after a rough start with that flat. Love that boat. You rekindled my racing thoughts.

I learned the downside of having the photographer in your boat....few pics of mine this year! Lol I'm sure Rat has a bunch more of yours at speed....if he was able to steady the camera. Lol

When we were running back to Brower Saturday afternoon, to get Rick loaded up before the evening rush, this guy came up on our port side while we were running around 90 or so. Rick was on our starboard, we picked it up, as did Rick, the guy was probably running just over 100 when he decided he was far enough in front of us to come over!!

Here's the sequence when we backed off and I dropped my camera down right before we got hosed bigtime!!!!!!

    On our port:

    Coming over:

    Right before the big douche!!

The next photo would have ruined my camera if I hadn't dropped it down. As it was, it ruined my face for awhile.....

I think he was more interested in getting alongside Rick than running up the pond with us......

Right before that third one is when I pulled back on the sticks, turned left, ducked my head and closed my eyes. Didn't duck far enough...felt like driving through a wall of gravel.
