03-09-2023 08:24 AMI called Snap-on yesterday. Gave them money and then they updated the alignment machine thru the internet. The bill gave me gas. So I guess you can get gas online.

03-10-2023 06:32 AMI don't like the direction things are headed, so I am personally devolving into 1962. I joined the country club behind my office. I hung up golf art (like the pin flag from the 18th hole at the 2000 US Open at Pebble Beach, signed by Jack Nicklaus) and brought in a putting return machine and a putter. I have a guest putter, feel free to hit some balls while we chat. I have rocks glasses with our logo. I eat mostly steak. I have started buying clients drinks at lunch. I plan to put a couch in my office for naps. I have started asking for coffee and calling the women "girls." I get to work around 9:30AM, someone brings me the newspaper and I work until I get bored, around 3:00PM. Soon I will start taking lunch at the club, calling for my bag and hitting balls every day instead of working. Then we'll graduate to 9 holes in the afternoon, three days a week. The club has been dubbed "conference room B."
It's glorious. Downside is the heart attack at age 60. But the next three years should be good.

03-10-2023 08:13 AMI golfed last fall with my Ford credit rep., that was the first time in 5 years. I’m slowly preparing for retirement. I still have my Jack Nicholas Golden Bear special edition clubs I won in 1983. I had a customer put new grips on them.
