Also the same idiot who was on the team when we refused to help our allies, the Ukrainians, and Russia took over Crimea.

Start DST: Sunday, March 28, 2021 — 1 hour forward
End DST: Sunday, October 31, 2021 — 1 hour backward

That picture was taken sometime when there was no daylight saving time occurring in London. Moscow does not observe daylight saving time

Moscow currently observes Moscow Standard Time (MSK) all year. DST is no longer in use. Clocks do not change in Moscow, Russia. The previous DST change in Moscow was on October 31, 2010.
