    Chatted with my buddies brother-in-law over the weekend who is a high up officer with Chicago water patrol and he said they are being "forced" to be very tough on any kind of scene party activities this weekend. He is a super good guy and said it's too bad but they are receiving a lot of pressure. Kind of sucks they have this kind of authority but on the other hand I attended last several years and it was a mess. Kind of over the amateur weekend of boat driving etc.!!!! Im sure boaters beach and such could be as entertaining without the drama.

    I will be at Marina Shores, maybe I won`t miss the nakedness party in the pool at 3am this time.
    The A dock is pretty empty .. $1/foot for a slip.
