    How did you like the sea trial? Were you able to give it the beans?
    I gave it full throttle and it went pretty good, few things I noticed over my last single; doesn`t need a ****load of tab to get on plane, actually the owner kept them at neutral, steering is super easy to turn almost makes me think the last boat had something wrong with it as it was a bitch to turn the wheel.
    Keeping an eye on two rpm gauges is new.
    We were on Geist lake (reservoir) didn`t need to slow down for medium waves at all, way more comfortable ride, wasn`t getting beat up.
    No need to pull up drives when loading, the trailer is much higher, I was a bit concerned there when he didn`t pull them up like I`m used to doing. Stereo controls for passenger driver and at the rear of the boat is cool.

    Only isues I found;
    Speedo doesn`t work, may be plugged line, depth gauge may need replacement doesn`t show depth but beeps warning, he never used the stereo the speakers need replacement, two huge amps I assume run some woofers in the rear bench but the woofers do not work.

    Theres no flaps to keep the water out of the exhaust ( that I could see) owner was making sure the waves didn`t catch up to the boat.

    I think youve seen these:

    Never used cuddy:

    The bilge is like new:

    44 hrs on Tyler Crockett motors (bill for that was $18K )

    When you get a chance lift up the drives to the trailer position and see if the black hose with a yellow tee fitting on it is dangling or if it is into the drive. This is below the exhaust bellow etc. I did not see that you had a external transom mounted pickup for the speedo....they may be using one of the drives for this. If you do have a external mount look for a piece of wood or debris in the pickup.

    Definitley room for two more bolsters!

    Cant tell from the Pics, but looks to be a liquid filled speedo? Like they said, check for blockage in the tube. Might have to try taking the hose off the back of the speedo, and blowing compressed air thru it. Could be clogged up with sand, weeds, etc. The Bravo's used a pickup mounted on the front side of the drive. Like SC288 says, check there for issues. As for the depth gauge alarm going off, Could just be a bad transducer, or the shallow depth alarm set too sensitive. Exhaust flappers...Take a peek inside the tips, some tips have flappers in them. If there isnt any, I would get some. Go with the slash cut tips with internal flappers. They can be noisy, but imo, look better than the ski boat rubber salisbury flappers.

    If you need or want a hull mounted speedo pickup, I got one for you. Its the good style one that livorsi/gaffrig use. I went to a GPS speedo. However, the old gaffrig liquid speedo on mine was within 1-2mph of my GPS Chartplotter.

    On the last boat boat I tried clearing the pitot (sp) tube and the rest of the tubing but it was clogged somewhere, so I just went GPS but I`ll check the tube and see if its a simple fix.
    I may need a new speedo anyway its looking sun bleached.

    Well, after the 100 mark, it all feels the same anyway, you really have to glance down at the needle to see where you're really at.
