to go that fast with such mild power it isnt gonna be a stable ride.
very big steps, light layup, low freeboard, they have it all.
With everyone having the same power, same hull, same propellor the only way to faster is to
trim it to the moon, combine that with the above hull and you get one
hell of a wild ride.. Looks like a LOT of fun..
Dont think I have the stones for it anymore though,
    maybe 30 years ago..
Even then I think I would install me a BIG ASS rubrail !

Different boat (made in the USA), suspension seats and a different motor (Evinrude) otherwise exactly the same!

Hey Cookee. They are old. Was giving somewhat of a preview of the boats for the (hopefully)new class over here.

Have you splashed the endurance racer yet?

To me and many racers over here they are a very good example of how not to run a race series with boats allowed to hit each other repeatedly and no discipline.

I spoke to Martin the other day, and the new boat was designed by P1 internally in the UK, then Martin had the guys at Fountain make some modifications - one of P1's guys (multiple world champion in SOB's Neil Holmes is out there testing the first production boat as we speak so I really hope the boat is a giant leap forward from the previous boat.

The Endurance racer is getting done - we also have other customers that want boats for this season which is getting in the way! Life would be so much easier if it wasn't for the customers, sadly they pay the bills!
