    Hanging out in front of Home Depot is not a crime, and the people there who are looking for honest work should not be presumed guilty.
    Technically, it's loitering/trespassing. But it's up to HD to tell the police to enforce or not.

    Whether or not you "look" like you're doing anything wrong isn't the idea. If you're an illegal, you've ALREADY broken the law. The fact that you haven't been busted YET doesn't preclude you from being busted at any future time.

    Why is that so difficult to comprehend?

    Simple Solution:
    Countries which share borders should have equivalent immigration laws granted each other. How can one argue that??
    Where are the U.S. protests over Mexico's treatment of our citizens who cross into that country?
