Tony's parents are EVIL!!! Imagine those poor lobsters trying to navigate the Florida currents without tails......

I've cooked them two ways, on the grill or boil, cut up and in a red sauce
    Run until it sounds expensive

Grill would probably work best as I'm already grilling the steaks. Just throw them on there? How do I tell when they're done?

Split the tails down the center leaving shell on the outside. Brush the exposed meat with butter and cook with meat down and then meat up for about 3 minutes per side. If the meat is white and not clear all the way through you are done.

Bingo! Before global warming, we went to KW every year during "Mini Lobster Season". The grills at The Galleon were on all day long- prety much could roll up with your catch, dump them off and grab some already cooked ones right off the grill. All you could eat, then freeze the other 2-3 dozen to bring home.
