03-06-2010 09:54 AMI've made the run for the past 4 years. It is by far the most fun I've had on any poker run I've attended.
The tow is a biotch, (as it's 9 1/2 hours one way for me), but well worth it.
Like previously mentioned, it's a river run. No big water unless you go out to the bay at the end of the run.
R'Addiction has run his 25 AT for the past few years as well with no issues.
Heck, he even hung with me in Remedy at the end of the run last year in some really good 2 to 3 foot chop with an occasional cabin cruiser wake to jump.
There's also the AT compound to hang out in before and after the run.
