Started getting some of the interior back from the upholster. Its gonna look 1000 times better than the old cloth. Will post pics when i get home.

Now for the headliner. I plan on using a suede vinyl like this suede example (vintage grey) that is glued to maybe 1/4" foam. Anyone see any issues w/ doing that? Is there a better/different headliner material?

Brian good luck with this project - I'm going to follow it closely. My interior isn't HORRIBLE, but It woudl really add a lot to the boat to redo it.....

    Couple more pics

    1. All cushions complete except the one that folds up/down. Sent vinyl to PPI to have logo embroidered on middle section.

    2. Doors completed. Old ones had the grey carpet as covering

    3. New Headliner center trim piece. Old one was black cloth.

This week purple carbon fiber vinyl for side trim pieces, alpine stereo, dvd player, xantrex charger/inverter, more speakers, ac panel & wires/cables arriving.

    1. Anyone know how to remove these wood trim pieces? I want to wrap them in vinyl like Havasu Hangins Cafe.

    2. Old fairing trim piece. Going to make a new one, this one i think beginning to show wood rot at ends. New one will be wrapped in purple cf vinyl.

    3. Berth trim pieces about ready for new vinyl. Adding speakers & replacing old lights w/ LED's from yachtlights.com http://www.yachtlights.com/item--Hi-...Round--98050HI

    Looking real good!

I need some of those old little fuse style bulbs if you want to get rid of them.

Gettin short on time, but bolsters & cockpit side panels removed. Also was finally able to get all the wood trim around the berth entry off.

Sorry for blurry pics. Arms were tired & was hard for me to tell quality when taking them.

Now to start working on speaker locations for the cockpit, & i think i am going to redo the top trim piece in purple carbon fiber vinyl. That will match the berth trim pieces & grab handles i am getting powdercoated, plus in couple years new wrap or paint.
