I have a 1990 sx. I beleive the only difference is the graphics once you get into an SX. Every so often I see one for sale, and I do prefer the new graphics, but I got a pretty good deal on mine, and its still nice so I live with it. Oh yeh, my son likes it too...he was 8 here

    FUN RIDES!!

RS I have the SAME 'ski! Mine's got a little custom paint and some work done to it (heads, pipe, impeller, intake). I absolutley LOVE that ski...but I've got it torn all the way down to the block right now and haven't had time to put it back together.

Brandon...why those years? Gotta be among the last they were made...

I had another 1990 sx a long time ago. My neighbor kid still has it today. That had the head cut way down, Works pipe, West Coast waterbox, K&N, scoop grate, ride plate, Skat prop, and it did pretty well for the time. My new(er) one is all stock. I think I miss the ride plate and scoop grate the most really. Those and the primer vs. the choke bs...Time for a new battery this summer too. The Odyssey has finally bit it
2 summers ago I had a 750sxi. That hit 55. Bigger boat, not able to toss around like a lil' one, but lots more motor. I always got my eye open for another one of those too

96 750sxi bone stock. Skat trak impellar , top loader scoop grate and new mat were the only things I changed. Bought new in 97 as a leftover. Left this one alone unlike My old 550 that had more $ in the engine than my sbc's in the scarab. Extrude hone had ma on speed dial.
