Easy to put a slip collar on those distributors. Put them in a lathe and cut the collar off and buy a slip collar. Also a lot of the newer intakes have already made the adjustment for a standard length dist. My Dart TR uses a standard length dist with the tall deck. I found out after I spent the $$ on a new slip collar dist and once I set the height it ended up exactly at a stock distributor.
