For the first time in almost three years the boat is in the sun. Larry just picked up the boat from Page Racing . Now the process begins to get it ready.
What is everybody else doing to get ready for the season?

02-16-2011 12:13 PMColby is still working on our boat in Texas. Cutting in a notch on the bottom and moving some weight. Some say it wont work and some say it will. Its a ton of work but Colby is up for the challange. All this work is with in the OSS,OPA and P1 rules. The boat will weigh 4750 post race. Same motor, drive and props at this point. Trying to catch up to the compatition.

We got our boat put back together just in time to take it for display at the Miami show. We'll begin testing next week in search of MPH for the OSS season opener in Biloxi in May.

After I saw a new Mercury blue one was $600 I went to the local alt re-builder and crossed it over with a new one for $200. I think they are Denso. Probably not legal though, cause it didn't come from Mercury
