TURLEY, Ok. - A Turley man shot a burglar that he allegedly found in the act of looting his house. Tulsa County Sheriff's Captain John Bowman says the man was shot just before ten last night. Bass says, "Burglar was carrying a sword that belonged to a homeowner. Approached the homeowner. That homeowner told him to stop, pulled out his gun. The guy didn't stop. Shot him." Bowman says the homeowner had a permit to carry the gun and was not arrested. Friday afternoon the Sheriff's office released the name of the slain suspected intruder. He is identified as 20 year old Billy Jean Tiffey III.

I don't think "slain" is fixable.

It appears this guy was slain. However, it's bullsh!t that the parents of teh deceased war vet have to pay the person who was protesting at hsi funeral for something.

I'm not a crook, but saying I was- if I broke in and the owner had a sword, I think I'd leave and pick another house.
