All I know is that thing has a friggin cavern for a cockpit. I'm guessing standing room for 12!
Any idea on speed? 135 is my guess.

anything special in those big lockers behind the seats? Really messes up the sleak look of the boat.

I would say the age is hurting it. From my research the cats take a real beating with the hull. Older boats usually have some issues with the hull, however issues can be fixed. The way I look at it the boat needs 100% gone through. I have 125 hours on my 2006 and I'm rebuiling the mer 1075's, rebuild trannies, rebuild drives, and new headers. People may say run it like it is but I would rather spend the money up front rather then one failure after another. To each there own. I think it's a very nice boat, the lockers look very functional, and once the right buyer comes along it will sell.

The boat was competely gone through 2.5 years ago. Power was new in July 05'. New headers, transmissions, swept back skeg #6's, gimbles, paint was touched up by Guardado.
Interior was just redone a couple of months ago.
Power has between 50 and 60 hours since new. The top ends were just gone through, lifters were replaced, the dash is all new including gauges. This is a vessel where all of the updating is done and the money has already been spent. It has been meticulously taken care of by its owner and is ready to go...

01-06-2009 02:11 AMcan be any where, pay strict attention to all structural angles 90 and 45 degree etc, look at any and all stress cracks and thru-hull fittings and around areas where screws have been placed to hold the rigging, look for bulges and bubbles, pound the surfaces with a rubber or hard plastic hammer, listen for hollow sounds, the balsa coring can soak up water and moisture, then delaminates over time if penetrated. and good luck !
