My father gave me this as a 50th birthday present. It's an original WW-II vintage Thompson A5 pistol.
It's unimaginably cool. I'll definitely be blowing off the afternoon to go to the range.

Happy Birthday Chris! What a great gift from your father. I am sure you will treasure it for ever. My uncle gave me a model 57 S&W for high school graduation. My favorite piece if for no other reason than he gave it to me. Last Christmas he gave me a stainless Walther TPH. Guns and family. An unbeatable combination! Hope you have 50 more.
