I`m having a bad day so I`m posting my list for the week.
Eagle trailer: I order the front coddle for my trailer on 8/7. Three weeks later I call to find out where the F&%uck its at, I get a " well the new guy never put the order in" ok fine can you send it out? " we`ll get it out as soon as possible"
Summers at an end now and do you think its here!?!? Fu$#ck NO! Still waiting!!
I take my trailer hubs to get rebuilt, you think they put in the right rear seals.. F$@uck NO!! might as well just pour water in the new bearings
Finish Line Performance: I order a wideband AFR gauge cause " we get these really fast, it`ll be here next afternoon" Ok its a little more than on the web but ok I`ll support a local business.
You think it was there the next afternoon.. (all together now) F*@CK NO!
" Well I guess I put in the order too late"
CP Performance: Order new drive caps on Monday AM. Need them for this weekend. Two little caps thats all .. You think they`re here??? F#@CK NO! That place always takes forever to send anything!
The good: I ordered some Toggle Bolt Anchors from Wholesale Marine, they were here the NEXT DAY! Now thats awesome!

Welcome to marine service in general. Can't believe people put up with such piss poor service on there toys. These are "TOYS" and we don't need them. One would think you would recieve exceptional service. If I ran my service department like these companies I would be unemployed!

UPDATE: Called Eagle to find out status.. order cannot be found.. AGAIN!
But wait they are revamping their parts department and getting an extra person hopefully next year!

UPDATE:
Amazingly the caps came on Fri just before I left.
EAGLE said they would send one out free of charge.. sweet lets see if that happens.

Well thats exactly what I did, and decided to give I`ll give Eagle another chance. Called em up to get the rubber bow stops. After 5 minutes of 'let me look what we have in the back I just have to find them' I get the "I`ll call you back". I loled ..sure you will. That was last week, I have the rubbers from Myco and have yet to get a call back .. how does this place stay in business??

I ordered some parts from summit at 11am monday. They were at my door at 2pm tuesday. Standard ups ground from ohio. I love Summit.
