Offshore Racing wasn´t designed to be a spectator sport, it's for people or companies with's lots of money to push the envelope of endurance technology and hopefully put a trophy on a mantle. It's man vs the elements, not like boats with like engines running in circles.

11-27-2009 07:48 PMThanks Trent. New Board, non racers, Biloxi and Cumberland with sighned contracts and deposites and 4 more in the wings. $50,000 purse at the sites payed on the spot or within a week. SVL will have a no entry fee and a percentage of the $50,000 purse. Safty on the course on test day and as always a paid professional staff. Spec racing with pro AM racing. Possably doing some joint races with other Org., time will tell. This should be a great year for all the Org. with all this new and exciting news. Sounds like lots of money for all of us every where we race. More news to come!!!!

11-27-2009 09:07 PMNews flash!!! George from Imco will temporarily be the class rep for SVL. I have to much on my plate and don't want to create the possibility of a conflict of interest in the new Org. Thank you George for taking on this job. The class will have an official vote later in Dec. Congrats on change. Rally the troops.
