Fund that's all the stuff my friends kept telling me, but the real stuff has to many calories. Today is my fourth day with no cool whip or coffee, my coffee was decaf anyway and I don't seem to like it without cool whip or a lot of half and half. I am starting to get into tea, decaf also. I had four kinds yesterday, first green, then Green with Mandarin Orange, then almond, then my reward, spiced chi with some half & half. Have any of you had chi, it's like drinking a warm cup of pumpkin pie.

OK here's a subject, what's everyones utility bills like. We have gas heat and have to many windows in our house. The bill came yesterday and it was $473.00 which was almost $100.00 over the last bill. Our electric bill jumped way up as well, that was $153.00 Ian said a big part of that is running the fan for the heater. I work from home and try to conserve, I keep the downstairs heat at about 63 and the upper level where my office is fluctuates between 62-67, I wear three layers of clothing and put two sweaters on my yorkie. Then Ian comes home and when he is ready to watch TV he sits on the leather couch in a Tee shirt, drinking a can of beer and cranks the heat up to 74 I get him a sweat shirt, a cozy for the beer and a blanket......... so then he can exist at 72, we battle over this a lot. I am starting to miss my hot flashes
