The rear plate prob wasnt a issue when the boat had TRS. But when they rigged it with the ssm they moved the engines back about 2.5", and thats right where the stringer angles upwards. When i painted the bilge there were marks/little gouges on that stringer where the old plates musta hit them.

Port motor is in and fully rigged minus headers.

Good news is, now that the engine is in, and i finally have power to the dash, i got to find out that the bilge pumps, blowers, tabs, nav lights, drive trim, indicators, gauge lights, and all that stuff is fully operational!

Prob drop starboard motor in friday or saturday. Hopefully at least get to run it on the hose this weekend and set carbs up, timing, etc...

Yep, shouldnt have to do much to them as they ran great last year. I did have the floats a little too high though, so might need to lower them, other than that should be good there.

Heres a crappy pic i took with my phone today once i got that thing bolted in

Yeah...I'll be lending a helping hand down in Wilmington today after work! If you are there during the day Friday, I can be there. Michelle is going to go with Cheryl to the Hawks victory parade...all I've got to do is clean up my boat for Sat and I'm good. Friday night I might be heading up to Wisconsin to go night riding...
