Yeah, It has been a fun project so far.. Alot of work but, still fun.... I will say I did gain alot of respect for guys that do glass work full time!! I just found some of the pictures of the bulkheads going in and thought I would post. The clamps worked great at holding them in place. I used cut up plasitc bags from the store to keep them from direct contact with the thickened epoxy. That worked good! The plastic peeled right off after it was set up...

Here some pics of the two outer stringers cut out. I am glad I decided to replace them. They were also pretty well chewed up. It was great to see more new wood bonded in than old...

Next, I will post some pics of the great stringer install with Ang and my buddy Pat.. That should then bring the project up to date. I didnt realize how much time it would take. I also didnt realize how much time I put in on the weekdays at work. That only leaves about 2 hours to work at the shop. Until then, I have to give a shot out to Cash.....

Well, Its funny how this boat stuff goes..... I may be young but, I have learned little through the years... Some of the best boating times/stories dont revolve around whether you have the latest & greatest 100 foot cigarette that has more colors on it than a rainbow and can go 200mph.... Its about the genuine people you meet along the way!! While my buddie Patryk, aka ItsPeanut, has not been raised on boating like myself, He has trully been bitten by the bug and its in his blood. He is one of my best friends and I appreciate the freindship. This brings the project progress up to about Dec 10th when I get a phone call saying, "Hey, I am coming up to work on the boat! We are not partying when I come up a**hole! Lets get some stuff done!!" The dude leaves FLA in December to work on a boat in snowy cold Wisconsin..... Got a love it!! Well, I picked him up Thursday night at the airport and we started working Friday morning bonding in the last 2 stringers...

Once the stingers were intalled we used the "West Systems" sticks to create fillets between the stringer and the hull..
