They say they are having trouble with this one. Am I missing something? If you have a domestic violence "conviction" against someone you were dating, it's okay for you to go buy/own a gun?

The gap in the policy is known as the “boyfriend loophole” because it excludes people who are dating but don’t fall into the other categories.

Until I read it, it is impossible for me to decide if it makes things possibly better, or if it is just paper to make them fool Americans on both sides of the aisle by constricting law abiding people's rights.
