Yea, I think you need amber light permits over there. Then again, with a 9'3" beam, I should have one along with a wide load sticker and permit! So can you guys make room for the illegal guy in the middle of the pack so i dont draw attention? Maybe if we see smokey bear in the median i can swing by on the right shoulder and hide behind BZ.
"hey that fountain looks funny with a backwards arch"

Yeah...I just checked as well...but its all scattered stuff resulting from WARMER temps...best chance is like 40% as it stands right now...and you know that'll change over the week (probably get worse!).
It doesn't really matter, though...we WILL have fun...the bars are mostly indoors...
Now call Andy back and get out on the water today!!!

Ok...for those that are new or those that may have killed the brain cells containing any memory of being there before, here are the directions to S.H. and the launch ramp:
I-94 Eastbound and down outta Chitown, across the fruity plains of Indiana, into the promised land of Michigan. Right about the 34 mile yardstick, you will find the exit to 196 North...you should take it. Run that appr. 18 miles to the exit for M140 North and get off. This will take you directly into town...just stay on that main street in the right lane. The street name will be Broadway on the attached map. Take that to CONGER and turn right...it will be the LAST turn before you cross the drawbridge over the river...if you cross it you went too far and turning around will be a PITA. Follow Conger down (its a little back-alley street) and the park with the launch ramp is on your left about 1/4 mile. Big swing to make that left turn, so take it easy. You should NOT have to pay to launch as you have slip reservations...the launch fee is (or has been in the past) included....just tell the gate attendant. Ring me up if you have any issues and I'll gladly laugh at your inability to follow simple directions.
