12-24-2008 10:22 AMI want to thank Nick, and Craig too. On October 18 we were a bunch of well meaning guys with zero moderating experience but a huge interest in the well being of this forum. Nick has been very helpful in coaching. Moderating is harder than it looks. And I have the easy forum.
I know that the discussion mods have taken this really seriously and we have all leaned pretty hard on Nick. He has a wealth of experience that we draw on... and great judgement. His influence is clearly felt in the moderation.
