About 3 years ago there was a black one / white deck in Southern Michigan that was a basket case, but I was considering it. After seeing all the pictures, and planning on buying it right up until the day I was supposed to go see it I backed out. Before even going to see it I finally came to the realization this would be more of a project than I could ever take on, and I cancelled the 10 hr round trip to look at it.
