So how long is it? 33' - 34'?

Smart move getting back into the mid-size market again.

don't they always say the new one is better than the old just to get people to buy them?

Up till a point I do not agree with you.
As first of al; bottom improvments are being done constantly.
Secondly they still build the 42 so wheter to a particular client they sell A or B it doesn't make a difference.

BUT you have to agree OL are the coolest boats around.

Ufix I was joking about the new/old argument. American carmakers/ Harley Davidson were famous for making one or two changes then outlining how the new one was vastly improved over last year's model.

OL's are very cool, they were leading the pack for the last few years with innovative designs that in turn were very fast. I love the GTX/ SL series boats....

Yes they are cool looking boats..are they the best..depends on what you are looking for..Nor-Tech, and few others do great work as well..for less coin..and are more comfortable with a happy medium in speed. If its speed your after..yes the OL technology with their new bottom design, new softer layup and the new way the boat is being put together is better than the others..but its all at a price..and that is what the customer has to determine,,, is it worth it,,Im anxiously waiting to see this 36..Im sure it will be awesome. Huury up OL.

The SL 36 is coming to life. It will exceed all expectations, and the pricing will be extremely competitive for todays market. I will keep you updated as progress is made.

    Soon,

The 44 is ahead of the 36 in production, a lot of the tooling is the same, so as soon as the 44 is finished taking up the cockpit and interior molds, we will start to make it look like a boat. It will be worth the wait!!! I have a 3d rendering of the 36, but is to large to post on here.
