Nicotine gum doesn't have enough kick to stop my cravings. I've used chewing tobacco on airplanes, but prefer ecigs. Think I could use one in the bathroom with no one knowing.

I'll probably have 4-5-6 before bed tonight.
I went for over a year once smoking only 1 a day after dinner every evening. Should have quit that time.

Not worth going to jail for if you get caught. I'm surprised that the gum doesn't stop the headaches, on the edge feelings etc. MAybe if you did the gum and lozenges both? You do need to chew and screw around with something in your hands, or a rubber band on your wrist, to cover the physical habit up. I chewed on bic pens and snapped a rubber band on my wrist, or chewed regular gum between the nicotine gum just to keep busy with the physical part of the habit.

    It's about 70 degrees at 8:00pm today.
To think that six mos. ago we considered a move to Minnesota.
I would have swallowed a bullet by now...

If I set my mind to it, I could probably quit pretty easily.
It's also something that Jody smokes, and at times I go outside and grab a smoke with her while we talk (away from distractions of TV, the dogs, etc)
    Makes it harder.

This is the longest winter that I can remember, and it's only December 17.

Doing some more decorating today; sweet potatoes and poached eggs, hot strong coffee for breakfast.

So who is buying a lotto ticket? I scrounged some American change for one ticket. Parents are going to the states today and buying one. If you take the cash option and after taxes, you take home around $170million and change. Could almost retire on that.

Yeah I know what you mean, the combinations kind of raise your hope - but the permutations dash them all to pieces.

Its only a dollar and this draw after paying the cash option penalty and taxes you take home around $170million. Its worth the dollar risk!!! I only play with spare change or gas reward points, might as well do something with it. Canadian lottery is $50million tax free, so worth risking 420 gas points on. Not much else to buy with the points besides car washes or gift cards to buy stuff in the store.
