08-12-2015 11:38 AMI suppose powder coat is ok for steel and stainless but, I am not impressed with it on aluminum. Additionally power coating does not offer metallic colors and it is not flexible. Ceramic coating is more closely related to anodizing. Holds up much better then powder or plastic coating from what I have seen. Finally the coating I selected matches my coated intakes and coincidentally perfectly matches my windshield and railings.
Ceramic coating is great for hot rods. A perfect choice for headers, coil springs and suspension parts ect...
