01-23-2009 07:40 PMI'm getting a number of reply e-mails from people wanting instructions on how to make a contribution via mailing a check. Please send a check to
Special Olympics Maryland
ATTN:Polar Bear Plunge
513 Progress Dr. Ste. P
Linthicum, MD 21090
Mark it for Chesapeake Power Boaters so they get credit.
Please post here so we know. Thanks!Last edited by Ted; 01-23-2009 at 07:44 PM. Reason: Bad link. Added Address.

01-23-2009 07:43 PMI just visited the tally board-
https://www.kintera.org/faf/search/s...m=3232422&cj=Y
When I visited this afternoon, it was just past $10K. In the last 4 hours we've moved the needle by over $2,000!! And that doesn't count the donations via check, one of which is $1,000- and who knows how many more.
This is something for all of us to be very proud of.

Thanks Craig, Kent and everyone else that donated so I can freeze my azz off tomorrow. Looks like water temp is a cool 34 degrees and the forcast for tomorrow is decreasing cloudiness and windy. High around 40F. Winds NW at 20 to 30 mph. Right now the CBPBA team has raised $12,616.00 and its not over yet. Thanx again and we hope to see you tomorrow.
And oh yeah....your donation is just a click away https://www.kintera.org/faf/donorReg...upId=241332586
