02-12-2016 09:08 AMI thought by now photos would be all over this thread.
I understand if you are all worn out trying to get back and forth to the show. It took us two hours from Key Biscayne back to NE188th st last night.
All in all, a good show lots to see, if they can just figure out how to move people in and out of the location.Light travels faster than sound....that is why some people appear bright until we hear them speak!!

If there is one thing that the "Founding Fathers" of offshore have in common, it is a true joy for life. They are all so friendly, seem genuinely happy, and are so generous of spirit. They are a gift to all of us who came behind them. I hope that they know how much we appreciate their continued involvement in the sport and in our lives. We need to support them, and their amazing legacy of boats, adventures, and stories.
Here is one of the best storytellers, and nicest men you will ever meet, with Paul. He also happens to have a magic throttle arm.

Fun with two awesome members of the Apache family.
Caught Charlie in there, too.

A magic moment. The day you get to show the people who built and painted your boat what it's been up to for the last 28 years.
And they remember it vividly. (We built that one heavy...) Learned something from Gail and Bobby: there is an Indian head hidden in every paint job.
Oh yeah, and the guy who built my boat happens to have been on the Warpath crew.
