I cannot believe how many calls and emails I am getting about this new boat. And it's no where close to done yet....

Hope you enjoy the story and photos. To have another Saccenti designed hull out there is pretty cool. I can't wait to see it perform...

02-13-2012 06:05 PMNothing was supposed to get out until the Miami boat show. It was a project that we've been involved with for quite awhile, and all of us were trying to make sure it stayed under cover as was planned by the manufacturer. We've deleted several posts before now, but someone got their hands on a couple outside shots they put up yesterday and the speculation started, so we had to release the main story earlier than what was planned on....
I almost deleted your comment last week, but no one picked up on it....
Best laid plans you know.....Getting bad advice is unfortunate, taking bad advice is a Serious matter!!

04-08-2012 09:06 AMAfter all the crap he took elsewhere about the build, bad this, bad that, etc, plus the leak of the build before they could make their factory announcement as they had planned for months, I don't know that I'd chat anywhere, anymore. Sure seems to be more and more of that.
I'll see what we can find out.Getting bad advice is unfortunate, taking bad advice is a Serious matter!!

07-19-2012 11:00 AMChatted with the Checkmate guys a bit. The boat is almost completely done, they are waiting for one key part to finish it for water testing. Because of the complete redesign of the interior they have just finished the last couple pieces on that.
They are as anxious to finish this and get it out on the water, actually more so, for testing as we are about seeing it out there. So, about two days after the last piece gets there, it should be on the water.....
I personally can't wait, because as I said, experienced company, avid performance boater management there, Saccenti design, and close to me!Getting bad advice is unfortunate, taking bad advice is a Serious matter!!

A lot to like about it.
Best of luck to 'em.
Just can't wait to see it!
