First, he will have to work 1 month and save all his money. Then, an all inclusive trip to visit Eric in St Louis for the weekend (on his dime of course) is in order to show him how to waste money on whores and strippers and booze.

Second, he has to be alive after said trip then he pass's the test. Of course this certification is only good till we all meet up at the lake and drinks are again on him as well as lap dances and other such novelties
