This prob didn't post right, but at bouy station 45007 middle of the lake, recorded 23 ft wave at 4:50 am, 8 seconds apart.
Just south of Benton harbor was 17.7 ft.

09-30-2011 03:38 PMI ran through Washington Park in MC and its definately rolling pretty good out there! I think there were 3-4' rollers in the channel by the coast guard station!

09-30-2011 05:54 PMGot back from Grand Haven an hour ago. The rollers are probably 6' coming up the channel. There is nothing big enough to even make a great photo.

I think that the way the wind was coming from, the point in Muskegon protected the shore until it moved more west farther south.Getting bad advice is unfortunate, taking bad advice is a Serious matter!!

Yes the biker and the jogger both get nailed. The biker almost went off the path onto the apron, and his bike was long gone, watch the biker with white helmet red shirt. The jogger got crushed.
