Took a run up to Shogren on Friday to borrow some...he said he had a bunch laying around for me to try. I asked for 28 Hydromotives, 30 Hydromotives or 32 Bravos. After waiting for 1 hour 45 minutes, I was finally given a set of 32 Bravos (how could I complain...they are/were doing me a favor...so I was very patient). Another 1 hour 15 minute drive home (total time invested = almost 4-1/2 hours), I put the props on, and as I was tightening the second one, I noticed a crack in a blade. Done. I emailed them and called immediately Saturday morning to say that the props was f'd...and I didn't do it! So...I put my 26s back on. Guess what...I ran 81...again.
I think either the 30 Bravos or the 28 Hydros are going to be the ticket...just need to find a set of 28 Hydros to try.

Nice weekend in South Haven this weekend. I'll be running around somewhere on the south side of the pond this weekend.

We were going to head to Boater's yesterday, but BZ wanted to go downtown. We were in the Pen both days...Saturday was CRAZY. It was like a mini-Scene party...DJ, fog machine, couple big rafts, idiots sinking Sea Doos and getting hauled away by cops...all the good stuff.

The cigarette and fountain really made both friends and enemies in south haven this weekend. Got hasseled by the water patrol a few times, yelled at by a few blow boaters, the usual. Also made some new friends. Yes, bringing our dock neighbors who were sailboaters hot dogs really won them over. They invited us to join them in a chardonnay and a game of scrabble on their vessel.
