05-04-2011 07:46 AMNo good will come from this. The guy is probably trying to afford the boat with this making money venture. We all know boats are expensive, insurance is expensive and they need lots of maintenance. No soft sandy bottom or shoreline here.

In the short time that this thread has been here, the 800.00 daily rate on the website has become a 130.00 hourly rate for morning or afternoon, and a 110.00 hourly rate for "all-day."
It looks like they are still working things out. Oddly, they don't mention insurance and all those other buzzkill items like minimum age, ID verification and the magic word: deposit.

There was a 29' for rent at the old Blue Lagoon Hotel about ten years ago. Don't know how often they rented it, but it sank at the dock.........twice.

It doesn't say what motor is in it! Its may be a single old 454,something that won't to anything too fast
