It seems P-1 is re-vitalising itself . New Equipment in U.S. rep's hand .
Good for you guys . I really would like to see SVL succeed .
The speed is fast enough ,to showcase the talent behind a 30 ft ,single engine craft . I always find it exciting watching them jump around at 80 to 90 mph in reasonable seas .keep at it , you have the boats .

09-27-2010 10:26 PMI crawl out from under my rock after 5 years and it looks like SVL threads haven't changed a bit. Now all we need is Shane to get back on here. HAHAHAHAHAHA
2 Trick Rick...Try Slows Bar B Q in the D a few blocks west of where Tiger Stadium once stood. http://slowsbarbq.com/ I was down under 250 until I started eating there. Now I'm pushin 3 bills (and Miklos, stop making fun of fat people!).
See, there is some value to this thread!

I think the wife and I will head downtown this weekend and give it a try Sunday. We have a new Bad Brads BBQ right down the street that's really good with excellent home made sides and smoked meat(s). But the homemade BBQ sauce is a little tame for my liking.
Thanks

11-14-2010 06:03 PMdont forget the high rpm ecu they are running, and you might want their motor that goes with the fly wheel in question.

While im here ,( not kicked off at the cafe ) I would like to extend my opolgies for being so Rude and obnoxious during the SVL wars of this past season .
I made those comments in hopes of a major SVL battle ( 12 boats )
I failed .

It seems we can now bring this thread to an official close.
The Fountain fitting in the SVL class was highly questionable to begin with.
Making said boat run 103 (with legal power) was a line of Bull****t.
Fountains Magic Driver turned out to be Bullchit
Reggie Fountain has to be feeling Mighty embarrassed right about now
Fountain owners are probably hoping this goes away fast since this whole SVL Fountain thing has certainly givin an otherwise great name in offshore racing a HUGE black eyeAbbysomeone
