We have seen this boat up close here in Louisiana, I believe at the race in Kenner a few years ago. Not in very good shape.

That was Mike Peter's first Offshore cat design for what was then Cigarette/Halter (Halter Marine was the manufacturer of Mississippi river push boats for barge transport and had recently purchased Cigarette). I may be wrong but I think that Peters worked for Halter on other (non-performance)design projects previously.
The boat featured an adjustable tunnel tab......and sunk in its first and only race.

A guy that owned a salvage company had this one and another 32 cat that was also yellow for sale over a year ago....don't know if its the same seller...
